The terms that apply when you buy from us.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Wholesale and OEM pricing is quoted separately and depends on quantity. Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per SKU unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.
Shipping
Standard shipping is charged at ₹150 and is free on orders at or above ₹1999. Delivery timelines are estimates — typically 3–5 business days across most Indian pincodes, longer for remote locations.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging with all accessories. Returns arising from a manufacturing defect are handled under warranty at no cost to you.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer warranty applicable to their category. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage from misuse or unauthorised repair.
OEM orders
OEM and private-label orders are confirmed against a written quotation and an advance payment. Because these are produced to your specification, OEM orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
